§ 51.57 CHARGES FOR CONNECTION TO THE SEWAGE WORKS SYSTEM.
   Sewage connection charges shall be made to each customer prior to connection to the sewage works system as follows:
   (A)   For a new residential/non-residential account connection to the sewage works system, the connection fee shall be $3,000.
   (B)   For a new residential/non-residential account Airvac connection to the sewage system, the connection fee shall be $5,000.
   (C)   For a residential/non-residential connection to the sewage system under an existing account, the connection fee shall be $1,500.
   (D)   For a residential/non-residential Airvac connection to the sewage system under an existing account, the connection fee shall be $2,500.
   (E)   All new construction and/or rebuilds are required to file a new utility application, and the homeowner will be responsible for a new connection fee.
   (G)   The provisions of this section shall uniformly apply to all new connections to the sewage works system in all geographical areas served by the sewage works system other than that area set forth in Section A-2 of the plans and specifications for sewage works improvements for the city, as prepared by Philip L. Schnelker and Associates of Fort Wayne, Indiana, dated April 7, 1987, which is governed by the provisions in §§ 51.02 and §§ 51.23 through 51.55.
