(A) The monthly average shall be calculated consistent with the current practices as follows:
(1) The city shall collect 24-hour proportional composite samples of the user’s discharge for at least seven days within any monthly period.
(2) The weighted average of the daily sample results shall be used to determine the monthly average.
(B) The monthly average is intended to measure the average daily flow (in MGD) and the average daily loading (in pounds) during the subject month.
