(A) Any person who shall violate any provision of this code for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 51.30(A) shall be guilty of a violation and on conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $2,500 per day, per violation for the first violation and up to $7,500 per violation per day for subsequent violations. Each day in which any violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
