A street solicitor's permit may be revoked by the Mayor after notice and hearing, for any of the following reasons:
(A) Fraud, misrepresentation, or false statement contained in the permit application.
(B) Violation of this chapter.
(C) Conviction of any crime or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.
(D) Conducting of such solicitation in an unlawful manner so as to constitute a breach of the peace or to constitute a menace to the health, safety or general welfare of the public.
