§ 50.40 INSPECTION AND APPROVAL OF VEHICLES BY STREET SUPERINTENDENT.
   All vehicles to be used for the hauling of garbage and/or rubbish by a private hauler shall be inspected by the Street Superintendent and shall meet his approval.
