§ 117.99 PENALTY.
   Violations of this chapter shall be punishable according to the general penalty provisions of the municipal code, in addition to any other remedies, which the city may have, and the City Attorney is authorized to prosecute any such violations, or seek mandatory injunctive relief to prohibit or discontinue such violations, in his or her discretion.
