§ 50.19 CONTAINERS TO BE SECURELY COVERED; EMPTIED REGULARLY.

All containers in which any garbage and/or rubbish has been deposited shall be securely covered so that flies, insects, and rodents cannot enter; the containers shall be emptied frequently as required for sanitary measures.
