§ 50.17 CONTAINER SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   Sanitation. All containers in which there has been deposited any garbage or rubbish shall be kept in a sanitary condition. ('79 Code, § 6-19)
   (B)   Size. All containers in which garbage and/or rubbish is to be placed shall not exceed 30 gallons in capacity. ('79 Code, § 6-20)
   (C)   Watertight; cover. All containers in which garbage is placed shall be watertight and equipped with a tight-fitting cover. ('79 Code, § 6-21)
