(A) (1) Anyone violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25 for the first offense, $50 for the second offense and $100 for each subsequent.
(2) Each subsequent day shall be a separate and chargeable offense.
(3) The fines collected for these violations shall be deposited in the town’s General Fund.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of § 92.36 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $100 for each violation.
