§ 92.01 PURPOSE; ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   It is the purpose of this chapter to protect the public health, safety and welfare and enhance the environment of the people of the town by:
      (1)   Prohibiting public nuisances, as defined in § 92.05 of this chapter; and
      (2)   Restricting the use of consumer fireworks as defined in § 92.02 of this chapter.
   (B)   This chapter is to be administered by the Council and its duly authorized representative.
