§ 91.06 MALTREATMENT OF DOMESTIC PETS.
   Pursuant to I.C. 35-46-3-12, it is unlawful for any person to kill, maltreat, injure, trap, poison, pursue or maintain, in a way dangerous to its health, any domestic pet within the town.
