(A) Whoever violates any provision of chapter shall be fined not less than $25 for the first offense, $50 for the second offense and $100 for each subsequent offense.
(B) The fines collected for these violations shall be deposited in the town’s General Fund.
(C) Violators, upon conviction, may be given the opportunity to work in a community service program such as a humane society or participate in human education program, if so recommended by the court.
