(A) No person shall keep more than four dogs and/or cats over the age of six months per household within the town. This restriction means four dogs or cats, whatever the combination and, by way of example, a person may have four dogs and no cats, three dogs and one cat, or two dogs and two cats, or three cats and no dog, or four cats and no dogs.
(B) A person will have ten days to reduce the number of dogs and/or cats in the household to the stated limit, if found to be over the limit.
