7-2-6: VIOLATION:

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be charged with the commission of a misdemeanor, shall be subject to penalty as provided for by section 1-4-1 of this code, and shall become liable to the village for any expense, loss, or damage sustained by the village by reason of such violation.
