(A) Leaving Dead Animal On Property: It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, throw, discharge, place or leave the dead body of any animal or an nauseous, foul, offensive or putrid liquid or other substance likely to become offensive or injurious to the health or comfort of any person residing within the village. (B) Burial Of Dead Animals: It shall be unlawful for any person to bury or cause to be buried any carcass of any animal anyplace within the village limits, and any person so doing shall be deemed guilty of maintaining a nuisance, shall be subject to penalty as provided for by section 1-4-1 of this code, and he shall immediately, upon such conviction, remove said carcass from the corporate limits of the village. (C) Offensive Substances, Carcass: No person shall, in removing any dead animal, excrement or other nauseous, offensive or putrid liquid or substance, purposely or unnecessarily cause the same to be offensive or annoying to any other person. (R.O. 1908, Ord. 8)
