6-1-32: USE OF SKATEBOARDS:
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride or otherwise use a skateboard on any public sidewalk or street located in the "restricted area", as defined in subsection (B) of this section, in the village of Roanoke.
   (B)   For the purposes of this section, the "restricted area" is defined as the area lying between the following streets in the village, including the duly designated streets: (east of) Jefferson Street, (south of) Ann Street, (west of) State Street, and (north of) Front Street/Route 116.
   (C)   A person convicted of a violation of this section shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). If an administrative citation is issued under the administrative enforcement provisions set forth in section 1-4-13 of this code for a violation of this section, the administrative enforcement citation shall impose a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the violation of this section to be paid to the village of Roanoke. Multiple violations of this section under the administrative provisions of section 1-4-13 of this code shall carry a fine as designated in section 1-4-13 of this code. (Ord. 2003-14, 10-20-2003)
