6-1-8: DISTURBING THE PEACE:

Any two (2) or more persons who shall assemble for the purpose of disturbing the peace, or of committing an unlawful act, and who shall not disperse when commanded or requested by any peace officer, shall each severally be subject to a penalty as provided for by section 1-4-1 of this code. (R.O. 1908, Ord. 11)
