Before any permit to move any building or structure shall be issued, the person engaged in the work of moving the building or structure shall deposit with the director of inspections a sum of money as set forth in section 4-2-13 of this chapter, conditioned upon the safe condition of the premises after removal of such building or structure as provided in section 4-2-11 of this chapter.
