(A) All moving operations shall be performed in a workmanlike manner and with the least amount of noise possible. In addition to other safety requirements specified in this chapter, it shall be the duty of all persons working at or responsible for such moving operations to see that all persons and vehicles are warned and kept away from such building or structure, and at such distance as to prevent injury.
(B) The person granted the moving permit, or his agent, shall give notice to the chief of the Roanoke fire protection district, village clerk, Woodford County sheriff's department, superintendents of streets, water and sewer departments, and any public utilities involved, at least two (2) hours in advance of the commencement of any moving operations.
