When all the requirements of section 3-1-6 of this chapter have been complied with the clerk shall issue an order to the village treasurer, requiring him to receive the license fee, which order shall state the name of the license, the purpose for which the license is issued, the time, the amount and that the application has fully complied with all provisions of this code pertaining to the subject matter for which the license is issued.
