§ 114.084 CONDITION; REPAIR OF TAXICAB.

Every taxicab for which a certificate is issued under this chapter shall be at all times in good repair when in operation and shall not be withdrawn from service for repairs exceeding ten days, without special written permission of the Chief of Police.
