§ 114.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   All taxi driving permits issued to drivers under the provisions of § 114.040 through 114.047 shall be renewed on or before July 1 of each year. Failure of a driver to renew such permit will result in a $75 penalty.
