(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating § 35.15 shall, upon conviction thereof:
(1) Be fined $25 if the conviction is that person’s first offense of § 35.15;
(2) Be fined $50 if the conviction is that person’s second offense of § 35.15; or
(3) Be fined $75 for each and every conviction after the second offense.
