(A) No smoking of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or other such smoking material, nor the use of smokeless tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, shall be allowed at any time in, or about, the town property described in division (C) below.
(B) This section shall not apply to smokeless smoking cessation aids.
(C) This section applies to the following property owned or leased by the town:
(1) All town buildings;
(2) The town park, including its shelters, restrooms, and picnic tables;
(3) All town-owned or operated vehicles; and
(4) Such other property as the town may designate from time to time by amendment to this section.
