(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person violating § 130.02 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof:
(a) Be fined $25 if the conviction is that person’s first violation of § 130.02 of this chapter; or
(b) Be fined $50 if the conviction is that person’s second or subsequent violation of § 130.02 of this chapter.
(2) In addition, a person violating I.C. 22-11-14 could be subject to the civil and/or criminal penalties provided by that state law.
(C) Any person violating § 130.03 of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined $25 if the conviction is that person’s first offense under this section, and fined $50 if the conviction is that person’s second offense under this section, and fined $75 if the conviction is that person’s third offense under this section, and fined double the previous amount for each and every conviction after the third offense.
