§ 91.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 91.15 through 91.18 for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
