§ 91.18  LENGTH OF IMPOUNDMENT.
   (A)   All dogs impounded shall be kept for a maximum period of ten days, excluding the date of impoundment.
   (B)   Any dog not reclaimed within that time shall be destroyed in a humane manner or delivered to a duly licensed humane society.
