(A) The street set forth below is hereby designated as a one-way street between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., only on days that Riverton Unit School District No. 14 is in session and Riverton Elementary School is open:

(B) The street set forth below is hereby designated as a one-way street between the hours of 1:30 pm. and 3:00 p.m., only on days that Riverton Unit School District No. 14 is in session and Riverton Elementary School is open:

(C) Riverton Unit School District No. 14 shall be responsible for seeing that adequate barricades and warning signs are placed at the appropriate street corners to protect the public. In addition, Riverton Unit School District No. 14 shall be responsible for seeing that said barricades and warning signs are removed at the appropriate times.
(D) Any person traveling or operating an authorized vehicle on the aforesaid stated streets during the times set forth in division (A) of this section shall be deemed in violation of this section and subject to penalties set forth in § 70.99.
