At any time, it shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle to stand in any of the following places, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a police officer or traffic signal:
(A) In any intersection;
(B) Within 20 feet of any intersection;
(C) In any place where the standing of a vehicle will reduce the usable extent of the roadway to moving traffic of less than 18 feet;
(D) On any sidewalk or parkway; and
(E) At any place where official signs prohibit parking.

No vehicle shall be allowed to stand or be parked within 15 feet of a hydrant.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park upon a street or alley:
(A) A vehicle displayed for sale;
(B) A vehicle without proper license plates;
(C) An abandoned vehicle; or
(D) A vehicle jacked up off of its wheels.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park a vehicle along a public street or alley in a location which is:
(A) Within 25 feet of any part of a driveway or other entrance from such public street or alley to any structure, or any group of structures on a single zoning lot, which contains four or more dwelling units; and
(B) On the same side of the street or alley and such driveway or other entrance.
