Any licensed and bonded plumber or drain layer desiring to make a sewerage service connection to a Village sewer or to repair any such connection requiring an excavation under or around any sewer or drain in a public street, alley or public place shall file with the Building Department, on forms provided by the Village, a written application to do such work. Said contractor shall pay with such application the amount of the initial sewerage connection charge and the sewer inspection charge as set forth in subsection 4-1-4(H) of this Code. In addition to the charges above, the application shall comply with all other provisions of this Code relating to work to be done, and the applicant shall pay all of the fees and charges and furnish the bond, if any, required by such provisions.
