(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this chapter. Violators are subject to the general penalties set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code, and to the citation procedures set forth in section 1-4-6 of this code.
(B) Compliance with a notice delivered pursuant to subsection 7-7-2(B) of this chapter does not relieve any owner of liability for violation of subsection 7-7-2(A) of this chapter. (Ord. 2413, 6-17-2002)
