Except wherein any specific section of this Code provides for a fine in a lesser amount, any person convicted of a violation of any section of this Code shall be fined a sum of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day that such a violation continues under this Code shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2154, 6-3-1996)
