(A) Any contractor who shall engage in business as a contractor as defined herein, and who shall limit such business operations to one specific project or job location, not to exceed thirty (30) days for the completion thereof, may apply for a "single job license" in the manner set forth in section 3-9-3 of this chapter, provided he or she complies with the bond requirements set forth in section 3-9-4 of this chapter, if a bond is required for such operations.
