§ 152.04 PROHIBITED SIGN LOCATIONS.
   Signs may not be installed or maintained in any of the following locations in the village:
   (A)   On or above the paved portion of any street;
   (B)   In any utility easement or no-build zone maintained for public or private utilities;
   (C)   In any public park or other public property, except that this restriction shall not prohibit the placement of otherwise permitted or unregulated signs in the unpaved portions of street right-of- way;
   (D)   On any traffic-control signs, construction signs, fences, utility poles, street signs, bulletin boards, trees or other natural objects;
   (E)   In any location where the view of approaching and intersecting traffic would be obstructed. No sign shall be located so as to interfere with the safe movement of vehicles or pedestrians entering, leaving, or crossing a public right-of-way;
   (F)   On any property without the prior authorization granted by the property owner on which any sign is to be placed.
