The fees to be paid for all electrical inspections shall be in accordance with the following schedule:

Fees for services in excess of one thousand (1,000) amperes shall be computed on the basis of the rating of the service disconnects installed, prorated according to the schedule above and shall include feeders, risers and all wiring and equipment up to the branch circuit distribution panels or motor power panels or control centers.
