7-6-3: PERMIT:

No plumbing shall be installed in any place in the Village unless a permit therefor is first obtained. Application for such permit shall be made in writing to the Clerk and shall state thereupon the name of the person or contractor intended to have charge of the installation. (1964 Code; amd.
