All such plans and drawings shall be drawn to scale of not less than one-eighth (1/8) of an inch to the foot, on paper or cloth, in ink, or by some process that will not fade or obliterate. All distances and dimensions shall be accurately figured and drawings made explicit and complete, showing the lot lines and the entire sewerage and drain pipes, and the location of all plumbing fixtures within such building.
