In addition to or as a part of the survey required to be furnished, a plot plan shall be attached to such application, in the case of new buildings or additions thereto, showing the grade of adjoining lots and structures, the proposed grade of the new structures, as well as the calculated or proposed flow patterns of surface and storm waters either existing or as will be modified by the proposed construction.
