5-2-3: SANITATION:

Premises used for a barber shop, beauty parlor or physio-therapeutic establishment must be kept in clean and sanitary condition, and it shall be unlawful to permit any waste material of any kind to accumulate therein. It shall be unlawful to employ in such establishment any person afflicted with a venereal or contagious disease.
