5-1-20: HOURS OF DELIVERY:

It is unlawful to make or receive deliveries of goods, wares or merchandise to or by businesses conducted or operated within this village between the hours of twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. daily. (Ord. 1972-18, 9-28-1972)
