Whenever frontage consents are required by this code as a prerequisite to the issuance of any license or permit by the authorities of this village, such consents must be obtained from a majority of the owners of property within a radius of three hundred feet (300') from the premises for which the license or permit is sought. For the purposes of this section, the said distance of three hundred feet (300') shall commence at the property line of the premises for which a license or permit is requested. (4-18-57)
