All new applications must be accompanied by a fee of seventy five dollars ($75.00) to defray the cost of processing the application. This fee is not refundable; however, if the license applied for is granted and issued, the amount of said fee will be credited against the license fee. (Ord. 1992-05, 4-2-1992, eff. 5-1-1992)
