4-2-10: DUTY OF HEALTH COMMISSIONER:

It shall be and hereby is made the duty of the Health Commissioner to inspect all fruits, vegetables and berries which may be offered for sale within the Village, and to cause the arrest and punishment of any person or corporation who shall in any way violate any of the provisions of this Section.
