No firm, person or corporation, shall within the Village, sell or offer for sale, or have in his possession for the purpose of selling or offering for sale, any basket, box, barrel, bag, or other package of fruit, berries or vegetables of any kind, the contents of which are not of uniform quality and size throughout.
