4-2-6: PENALTY:
If any person shall expose for sale in any market house or elsewhere in said Village any emanciated, tainted or putrid meat or provisions of any kind, which from these or other causes are unwholesome such person shall on conviction, be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each and every offense; and it shall be the duty of the Health Commissioner to forthwith seize and confiscate all such meats and provisions.
