The ordinances contained in this and the following Chapters and Sections shall constitute and be designated "The River Grove Village Code of 1964" and may be so cited. Any reference made to the number of any Section contained here in shall be understood to refer to the position of the same under its appropriate Chapter and Title heading, and to the general penalty clause relating thereto, as well as to the Section itself, when reference is made to this Village Code by title in any legal document.
