8-4-2: LICENSE APPLICATION:
Every applicant for a license as a fire extinguisher serviceman shall file with the Director of Emergency Services a written application, signed by the applicant, stating the applicant’s address, age, present occupation, business activities during the previous five years, experience with the repair, recharging, testing and use of fire extinguishers, knowledge of the laws, regulations and ordinances pertaining to fire extinguishers and such other information as the Director of Emergency Services may deem to be necessary or appropriate.
