5-45-1: PURPOSE:

Any individual or entity being issued by license pursuant to Chapter 1 or Chapter 24 to operate a specific business or sell or otherwise dispense retail liquor within the municipal boundaries of the Village shall comply with the following rules and regulations. (Ord. 2021-12, 4-15-2021)
