3-3-3: BOND:
The Inspector of Weights and Measures shall, before entering upon the duties of his office, execute a bond to the Village, in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00), with sureties to be approved by the Board of Trustees, conditioned for the faithful performance of the duties of his office.
