The rates for the use of the sewer system shall be charged separately and shown as a separate item on the monthly water bill at the rate of fifteen percent (15%) of the then current water rate per one thousand (1,000) gallons of water used. All water and sewer accounts not paid by the stated due date shall be subject to a five percent (5%) late payment penalty. (Ord. 2005-34, 1-5-2006; amd. Ord. 2022-10, 5-19-2022)
